Project/Program Coordination

  • Support Owners/Managers with day-to-day operations development and delivery
  • Organize and/or up-to-date project files and documentation
  • Track project schedules, budgets, and expenditures;
    assist with project reporting and internal tracking tools
  • Coordinate practice/practitioner/volunteer schedules using tools like Acuity, Jane, Calendly or existing CRM system
  • Integrate and revise course content and user-navigation into learning management systems like, Teachable and Thinkific or community platforms like Circle, Mighty Networks

  • Review and guide project plans, ensuring alignment between strategy, scope, budget, and implementation
  • Develop a strong understanding of core organizational workflows, processes and procedures
  • Review project scopes, prepare estimates and change orders to ensure accuracy and work flow
  • Contribute to annual planning, retainer renewals, contract discussions, and strategic planning across client initiatives
  • Share client business challenges with product/service teams to spark innovation and solution outcomes
  • Onboard new clients to organization's product usage/service processes
