This 'done for you' service operates locally out of the South Shuswap, serving Blind Bay, Sorrento, Notch Hill, Chase, Pritchard, Scotch Creek, Magna Bay and Anglemont.

With three simple steps you have access to high quality, laser printing with less time, energy and money!

This unique service is designed for those looking for a simple solution for simple printing projects—from posters to promotional materials, presentations, price lists, invitations, custom greeting cards, personal or professional documents and more!

The Copy Shoppe is a 'done for you' service designed to save you valuable time, energy and money! A service fee of $4.50 will be applied to each project plus, the standard per page printing prices based on your project. All prices include applicable taxes.

Digital files are deleted permanently within 30 day of order date.

Orders not picked up within 14 days will be destroyed and may impact Trish's acceptance of future orders.

When do I need to place my order?

Orders placed by 1:00pm on the day prior means next day pick up!

Fall 2026 pick up location: Steamer's Coffee Shop, Sorrento, BC

CURRENT PICK UP DATES / TIMES:

— Mondays, 10:30am-12:30pm
— Thursdays, 10:30am-12:30pm
— Saturdays, 10:30am-12:30pm

Example 1: An order placed on Tuesday @ 11am (PST) will be ready for pick up on THURSDAY between 10:30am-12:30pm

Example 2: An order placed on Saturday @ 3pm (PST) will be ready for pick up on MONDAY, between 10:30am-12:30pm

What kinds of paper can I print on?

Trish's Copy Shoppe offers:

— Standard REGULAR White paper (20lb)

— Pale Pink, Mint Green, Baby Blue, Mellow Yellow (24lb)

— Standard NEON, Pink, Green, Yellow, Orange (24lb)

*New options may become available in the future, however, at this time, Trish's Copy Shoppe does not accept projects involving, photo paper, cardstock, labels or larger formats (11x17).

Does the Copy Shoppe charge more than other print options?

Actually, you'll end up paying LESS!

Basic printing costs are on par with other "done-for-you" options including the $4.50 service fee applied to each project.

PLUS! The time and fuel you save driving 20 minutes (vs. 40-60 minutes) means on average, $15 to $85 less than driving into Salmon Arm or Kamloops.

Do you offer design support?

If you have a pre-existing brand guide, Trish has provided LIGHT production assistance, please connect with her to discuss your project.

Otherwise, there are a handful of full-fledged graphic designers Trish has worked with that she is happy to make an introduction.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment Options include:

— Cash at the time of pick up (get a 5% discount)

— eTransfer prior to pick up (get a 5% discount)

— Credit/Debit card at the time of pick up

Note: Orders placed and not claimed within 14 days will be destroyed and may influence Trish's decision to accept future submissions.

This agreement governs your use of our services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

— Placing your order means you accept that Trish Murray, operating as The Copy Shoppe, honours a simple confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement. Your files are as protected as possible, but you also accept that we live in a digital age and data breaches do occur. If you are requesting sensitive information be printed please arrange data transfer that you feel confident with (eg: password protect your file or use an encrypted platform that you trust).

— You agree not to use the service to engage in any unlawful activities, infringe upon intellectual property rights, transmit malicious software, or harass other users. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these rules

— To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trish Murray, operating as The Copy Shoppe, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

• Services Rendered.

The Copy Shoppe agrees to perform specific printing services as detailed in work order (Order Form and Remote File Upload). Standard deliverables under this Agreement include, but are not limited to, the quality reproduction of digital assets, such as marketing brochures, business cards, flyers, and banners etc., and the user agrees that "Services Rendered" shall be legally defined as the successful completion of the print project and formal transfer of the physical assets to the user at a pre-set pick date/time.

Any materials not retrieved within 14 days of the order date will be shredded/disposed of and will result in service fees charged to user or denial of future services..

• Errors/Omissions

The user assumes full responsibility for the accuracy of all content, layout, design, and specifications upon approval of the final digital file.

Tricia Murray (aka The Copy Shoppe) shall not be held liable for any errors or omissions—including, but not limited to, typographical errors, formatting issues, low-resolution imagery, or incorrect color matching—that were present in the digital asset. Accepted file formats (PDF, JPG, PNG) limit the extent to which formatting issues could occur. We do not accept Word, Excel, Powerpoint documents for the very reason that formatting will change from computer to computer. The user is responsible for ensuring files uploaded are virus free. Any damage caused by viruses is the responsibility of the user.

In the event that a manufacturing error or omission is solely caused by the Copy Shoppe after printing, the user must notify the Copy Shoppe in writing within THREE business days of receipt of printed materials to have it reprinted. Any concerns expressed after this period will be reprinted at the expense of the use.

Under no circumstances shall Trish Murray, operating as The Copy Shoppe, be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business or profits, harm to reputation, brand or organization.

It is the sole responsibility of the User to ensure their printed material is exact to the digital file provided, prior to final use.

——— The User's digital file acts as a 'Final Proof'

——— The User has THREE business days from pick up of printed material to advise of errors between final digital file and printed output, and discuss reprints at no charge, or a credit toward future services

——— ALL Remedies are capped at the original value of the order and Trish Murray, operating as The Copy Shoppe, will not be responsible for any consequential damages.

• Data security and encryption rests with the user and third-party platforms (ie: JotForm, Square, Hubspot), not between user and Trish Murray, operating as The Copy Shoppe

— We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

— These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This Privacy Policy describes how Trish Murray, operating as The Copy Shoppe, (the "Site", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site.

1. Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device to create an easy and seamless user experience.

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, phone number and email address using third-party providers that have proven to be trustworthy, for the purpose of fulfilling your print request.

2. Third-Party Payment Processing
We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are securely processed by our third-party payment processor, Square.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use the order information that we collect to fulfill any orders placed through the Site and to share any pertinent promotional offers we feel you might be interested in. This includes:

Processing your payment information
Providing invoices/order confirmations
Receiving digital files (through a third-party upload platform), files are permanently deleted within 30 days of your order submission
Communicating with you
Screening orders for potential risk or fraud

4. Sharing Your Personal Information
We share your personal information with trusted third parties to help us use your information, as described above.

Finally, we may also share your personal information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant, or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
