What's the average rate for Ms. Right Now?
Trish charges between $45.00 and $75.00 per hour depending on the scope of the role and responsibilities. In contrast, conventional temporary agencies START at $74.50 per hour and often include onboarding and/or cancellation fees.
Do you have a non-profit rate?
After consideration, Trish moved away from offering a non-profit rate, given her time investment, quality of service and experience is the same for both non- and for-profit organizations.
Do you have any hidden fees or 'extras'?
All agreements are based on estimates: the duration of the engagement and specifics from the existing job description for the role. The only 'extras' could be incidentals incurred (unexpected travel/mileage) for project specific work or costs associated with process/system improvements, which would be presented and approved prior.
