How much does Ms. Right Now charge?
Short-term engagements range from $45.00 and $75.00 per hour depending on the scope of the role and responsibilities. In contrast, conventional temporary agencies start at $75.00 per hour and often include onboarding and/or cancellation fees (which Trish doesn't charge).
Do you have a non-profit rate?
After consideration, Trish moved away from offering a non-profit rate, given her time, energy and experience investment is the same for both for- and non-profit organizations.
Do you have any hidden fees or 'extras'?
All agreements are billed from approved estimates. The only 'extras' that could be incurred are unexpected travel/mileage, project specific work and/or costs beyond the initial scope of the assignment. Anything beyond the approved estimate is discussed in advanced and confirmed in writing.
Will you take long-term contracts?
As a rule, the longest period Trish has stayed with a client has 12-months, to cover medical, maternity and family leaves. Longer term engagements are possible if you are looking for smaller weekly time commitments (less than 10 hours per week).
