You and I exchanging services for money will be governed by a few reasonable: ## SIMPLE TERMS OF SERVICE — I do not track you around the InterWeb. Your record in my CRM contains limited past points of interest so I can reconnect when it makes sense to do so. Your IP address may be retained if it makes engaging with my content easier. — I hate cookies (except chocolate chip) so you won't see those on my website(s) and if you do, I ask that you would please let me know so I can follow the cookie crumbs as to how it's been activated. — I have a simple method to manage complaints or disagreements, email me. We'll talk it through and find our way to a win-win solution. — I believe everyone deserves to have and own their own position on ethical, social and political issues concerning our world, share mine and hope you share yours...with respect, dignity and maybe a little light-hearted humour here and there. — For the record I LOVE a good conspiracy theory! I mean it's common knowledge that people throughout history have been inclined to conspire...so why aren't we talking about that?! — I DO NOT sell your data. I don't 'loan' your data. I don't 'share' your data, even with partners or collaborators because that can too easily breaks the trust bond between you and me. I use platforms that I believe I can trust with your data and if you have have an experience that I should know about relating to you, me and your data, I trust that you will tell me about it. — For the simple reason that I VALUE our relationship and your time, energy and mental bandwidth, I choose not to use Captcha's ... please don't give me a reason to change my mind. — I adhere to the laws of Canada and Alberta, if you feel I'm stepping outside the lines, please get in touch with me. — When you work with me or, engage with, purchase or download something from my website ([www.trishmurray.ca](https://www.trishmurray.ca?hsLang=en)) or my private Telegram group for Sovereign Souls, it is clearly understood between you and I that you are free to use the 'creative work product' (which encompasses the time, service, resource, insights, strategies, content - written, visual, audio - templates and/or framework components) FOR YOUR OWN PERSONAL USE ONLY. — Said another way, ALL of the 'creative work product' (which encompasses the time, service, resource, insights, strategies, content - written, visual, audio - templates and/or framework components) cannot be used for resale, or in your own professional services or to promote your brand, product or services, WITHOUT MY EXPLICIT WRITTEN CONSENT.   ## PRACTICAL PRIVACY GUIDELINES — I collect any "personal data" with a clear understanding of how it will be used, if you wish for me to delete any data that you've provided, please let me know and I will happily accommodate.   — How I define "personal data", anything that is personal to you; name, email, phone number, birth data (for running your charts), address, organization.   — I monitor overall traffic metrics using generic attributes (like browser type, or device (website, mobile, tablet) through my website and some metrics are tied to individual records (forms completed, surveys, etc.) if you would like specific detail for your data, please contact me.   — Already mentioned, but worth restating, I do not disclose or sell your contact information and I believe that if our relationship has come to completion, you have the 'right to be forgotten' from my system, please ensure I know what you prefer.   [CONTACT ME](https://www.trishmurray.ca/contact?hsLang=en)   --- ABOUT TRISH.
