What kind of time does a fractional client ask for each month?

On average, my clients ask for about 20-30 hours a month—5-7 hours each week.

I generally start to suggest they look for their next level options when they reach 15 hours a week as the blended rate I charge becomes comparable to a part-time employee with basic benefits.

What rate do you charge?

Every client is a little different, based on the specific skill sets they want to use, but on average the rate works out to be $45-60 per hour.
